Contract Management is a division of the Property and Supply Department. The Contract Office is responsible for the development, approval and coordination and administration of Contracts. These contracts provide for supplies, services and construction. The approval process of service or goods contracts is determined by the type of contract that is best suited for the type of services or goods requested in the best interest of the Gila River Indian Community. All contract records for services and goods are maintained and centralized on behalf of the Community by this division.
