Greetings! My name is Kelly Jean Whitman. This year it is an honor and a privilege to be the newly crowned Miss Gila River 2008-2009. I am 24 years old and reside in District Four Goodyear. I am the daughter of Sherwin and Latricia Whitman. My paternal grandparents are Gordon and Lucinda Antone of Sacaton. My maternal grandparents are the late Abraham and Violet Jackson of Casa Blanca. I’m employed with the Law Office for the Gila River Indian Community.
