Skeg Tash! My name is Kristen Dosela. I am 18 years old and I come from Chich’No, Co-Op Village in District 6. I am the daughter of Arvis and Lorraine Dosela. My maternal Grandparents are Roland and Carol Golding and Fred Wesley. My paternal grandparents are the late Frank and the late Sally Dosela. My great grandmother is Myrtle Pete.
I am a full time student at South Mountain Community College and on track to graduate in May 2010 with an A.S. degree. I hope to transfer to the University of Utah and then I also plan to attend the Pharmacy College at the University of Arizona. Aside from school, I am the President of the Akimel O’odham/Pee-Posh Youth Council. In my spare time I like bead, sew, draw and spending time with my family and friends.
I am thankful and humble to serve as the Miss Gila River 2009-2010 and I look forward to representing the Community with dignity and respect to all people.
